Mr. Mader is our Site Supervisor. He is responsible for coordinating the construction activities leading up to the on-site completion of your home.

Our consultants will oversee your entire project and, although they usually play no direct role in the actual construction of your home, they typically schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors. They are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
They coordinate and supervise the construction process from your dream through to final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

The Manufactured Housing Consultant (MHC)™ Program

The Canadian Manufactured Housing Institute (CMHI), in collaboration with regional manufactured housing associations, has developed the Manufactured Housing Consultant™ Program to help consumers identify the professionals in the manufactured housing industry. The MHC designation is awarded to those who have successfully met program training and testing requirements, and who under-take to provide excellence in service to customers.
